NPS Seeking Comments On Forms Related To Concession Contracts

Your Government counsel.™

NPS is seeking comments on several standard forms it uses to collect information from concessioners and prospective concessioners.  The forms include:  Annual Financial Reports; Business Organization information (PSF 3) and Financial Projections (PSF 4) for Proposals; Applications for LSI; Applications to Transfer a concession contract; and other various information.  NPS also provides estimates of the amount of time it takes for concessioners to complete the various forms and requests for information.

NPS is also seeking comments on the forms it uses to collect information about snowcoach concession operations in Yellowstone National Park.

In order for NPS to be able to continue to use the forms and make the requests for information at issue under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the agency must offer the opportunity for comment on the forms from time to time, typically every three years (NPS last sought similar comments in October 2016).  Forms issued by a federal agency seeking information from private entities generally must display an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number to be legally valid.

Comments are due by August 5, 2019.
