NPS Seeks Comments On How It Might Improve Its Prospectuses and Various Forms

NPS recently issued a notice, as it is required to do by law, seeking public input on the usefulness and burden imposed by its standard concession prospectuses as well as its other submissions required of concessioners, such as Annual Financial Reports (AFRs), requests to construct a capital improvement along with construction reports and applications to transfer a concession operation.

NPS’ requests presents an opportunity for concessioners for provide NPS with feedback as to the benefit or burden imposed by any aspects of these forms.  NPS is also seeking input as to how much time and cost is associated with responding to prospectuses and preparing AFRs.

Comments are due by March 2, 2020.
