NPS Seeking Comments On Lodging Improvements At Mammoth Cave

Your Government counsel.™

The National Park Service is seeking comments on its proposed efforts to improve the lodging facilities at Mammoth Cave National Park.  The current facilities do not provide lodging options for larger families or group gatherings.  In addition, the current road circulation patterns are not intuitive and provide “no sense of arrival.”  NPS is proposing to construct up to eight cabin units and reconfigure the parking and access road.  A description of the project can be found here.  Comments are due by September 25, 2019.
